Boost System

• Free boosts are provided as a courtesy and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
• Boosts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for monetary value.
• Abuse of the boost system may result in account suspension.
• Purchased boosts or premium features are subject to our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Hytale.Global. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

User Content

By posting content (server listings, comments, images) on Hytale.Global, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All server listings associated with your account may be removed.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of server listings or the conduct of server operators. Use servers listed on our platform at your own risk.
